btw, banning by email and IP is more effective because they'll need to either release the lease on their IP and get a new one or proxy and have to make new email accounts. More time spent evading is less time actually causing problems.

I randomly posted that picture after I had seen the down stairs one. Up Stairs is better.

That Upstairs one was actually made from the downstairs one. They just switched the frames around and changed DOWN to UP.

Unngh.... that is confusing. I think I'm going to vote no, for the same reason I stated in my last post. From what I hear, there really isn't anything going on in the Dev. Board, so why make it public? Also, I don't agree with the end result for votes (I.E. Trying to get people to make alias accounts to get more votes).
