lol ya i guess if u used some type of comparing technique u could scale both the model and the collision with reasonable accuracy. U could like get the coll and divide it by 1/4 then scale the model by 1/4 or something like that. That would be an awesome mod.

in theory, that would probably work, but this isn't taking the animations into consideration. you see, the models wouldn't animate without custom animations that use the same exact model file...
so i'm almost done with the animations for the 1/2-size spartan for my next "Mini-Me" Mod! 138 down, 116 to go... (ugh, this is highly time-consuming and repetitive... 258 animations for the spartan model... this had better work

here i will just try to make a whole new map for you in halo CE don't worry i will convert it to halo full or demo i will try to do it in my spare time i will see if i can even do it

argg how u use CE. I cant find any normal tuts on it, they all really confusing/badly written or stupid and irrelevant.

!@#$ it, these stupid animations don't compile. I just finished modifying all the spartan's animations, and now Tool won't compile them - WTF, says I....

You're right, Shadow, those posts are unhelpful - so now you know how not to act....
If they really wanted to help us, they would at least link us to a tutorial, or a site where one can be found.
That said, maybe this can help:
Character Rigging Tutorial
I know the title is misleading, but it says you can get a custom biped to use the masterchief's animations. We might also need to use the Masterchief Source Data Files, because the data files included with CE seem to be lacking... but I'd use the CRT (no, not Cathode Ray Tube) first, before redoing the animations again, for that was painfully long and tedious

"Sparky get your gun" is me, using a public computer from a hotel in Baltimore.
Models very often need collision and animations. This is especially true for bipeds and vehicles. Scenery can do without unique collision models, although if you were to do such a mismatch in CE, Sapien (the HEK parallel to SwordEdit) would give you some error saying that they won't match - and it would give you an error with the animations, saying that whatever new thing you've added "will not animate." Scenery also doesn't need animations, although it can animate.
