I get most all my modding tools from HDM, it's much easier than searching for a post and having to deal with other third-party file servers.
in this case, I meant CE tools, aka Windows tools.
I am no longer active to Halo or MGM, and don't guarantee a response on the forums or through email. I will however linger around the discord room for general chatting. It's been fun!

Ah, yeah, we really don't need those.

http://www.halodemomods.com/wiki/How_to ... ods_to_HDM

To post mods at HDM, you will need to:

1. Register and login to the wiki
2. Be a member of the Modders group (leave a message here, here or here to request to join).
3. Put the bloodgulch.map or b30.map file(s) inside a folder. Give the folder your mod's name. Right click on the folder and "Create archive" to create a .zip file.
4. Upload the .zip file using http://upload.halodemo.net
5. Add your mod to http://mods.halodemo.net by placing it in alphabetical order by clicking "edit" next to the entry that it will follow / go after.

Sparky, every time I try to upload my mod, I press the upload button and it does nothing. I left it there for like
5 minutes and it did nothing. Is the site having problems? Or is it just my mac? Can you post mods from
Safari V5?

After you click on "upload", the page starts to load. All you'll see is the regular loading process in the URL bar. Unfortunately at this time there is no indication as to how far along it is in the uploading process. Just wait for it patiently and if it takes over 15-30 minutes for a file less than 15 MB, then there's something wrong and try reloading the upload page and trying again. You can test it with a very small file like a small picture (use .png format).
