Hmm. Slight bump but I do not think this idea is working out so great...

Here, lets try this.

Monoman or anyone else that is a admin, create a Chatroom on AIM (most common) named "MGM Halo Demo Players" or what ever. Then give permission to other Admins to regulate the chatroom and have everyone who wishes to join this chatroom to create a AIM and contact an Admin for permission to join. Then anytime you open Halo, open AIM as well so you know who is on and you can also contact them even if they are in another game. It might be a big chat room but you can also save buddies and contact them privately. Also to inform other players when you will be hosting a game, you could post it in the chat or the Lifestream.

Just throwing that idea out there since a forum isn't as good as instant messenger. (In my opinion)

EDIT:

For time zones we can figure out who is in what time zone by having them post it on their account in chat. NO ONE USES the MGM chatroom. And its kinda buggy. Crashed my Safari for some reason...

Ok well now I can host for a small amount of time (about till the end of july). I want to host some of my mods to see how they work over the internet. So if anyones up for some halo after a long time tomorrow, at 8 PM Mountain time (2 hours before EST) -7:00 i think. I will be hosting my swamp installation and maybe my other mods. Ill see if bipeds works with multiple people. No AI version of my AI mod.
