Now ive swapped the animation and injected the bomb. But my Photoshop crashes whenever i tries to open up Photoshop... It keeps on telling me that the file is locked and to unlock it, use the 'Get Info' command and unlock the file. but its not locked! so can someone tell me where to get Photoshop, or make the skin to the bomb?

Gimpshop is better than seashore. It's basically open source Photoshop. It came with my iMac (tiger).

Here's what I would do.
Frag grenade. Make only one on the map. This would either mean that you duplicate the frag grenade, or players do not start with them. Making players not start with them would be the easier way. To do this, open bloodgulch.map in HexEdit, go to address 0xC91B9A and change the 02 to 00. Now replace some bush or rock or weapon (or actually, you could even replace the flag with a frag grenade so that each team gets a bomb). That should do it. Now, use HMT to change the mod2 of the frag to the mod2 of the Oddball skull. That'll look cool, eh? Then swap the grenade's explosion effect with the scorpion tank shell explosion effect for a bigger boom. Use the HMT plugins to change the frags timer to a longer time like 10 or 15 seconds. That was creating the bomb. That's the easy part. The hard part is controlling how one team would win by detonating the bomb. Here's what I would say. If you could someone find out how to do chain spawning, I have an idea. Make the explosion of the frag spawn a flag. Make a new gametype for Halo. Assault (where one team takes their own flag to the other team's base). Make it 1 score to win. So now, 1 person from your team would take your bomb from inside your base, carry it to the enemy base, drop it, and it would go boom, flag would spawn, then someone would have to score it.... That's the best way I can think of. It's pretty messed up, but the best I could do. Maybe if you could somehow figure out how to make it so that if a certain biped is killed, that team loses. And make the frag grenade returnable so that it's not like once it's dropped, your defeat is inevitable. A lot to read, a lot of ideas, hope it helped out.
