ROF: 3-5
Max Damage: Pistol
Damage Modifiers: All set to be even damage
Max Ammo: I think 002 had it right. I like divisible by 2 and 4, so my max is 256 right now, though that's easy enough to change.
Homing: Who needs homing?
Grenades: Yes, but no massive explosion that takes out the whole map.
Melee: Hell yes.
Projectiles Fired: 3 max (If 3, damage must be less than 10, if 2, less than 12)
Also, I think that the weapon should be created only through editing of a weapon, projectile, and projectile damage tag. This way only the weapon and projectile tags have to be injected into the map to make it work, making it much easier to distribute.

There's only one problem that I have with Sword's variation on the rules: The Belm Rifle has a fast ROF so that it looks like a laser, not so that it'll kill quickly. It takes three seconds of consistent, maintained laser contact with an opponent's body to kill said enemy. In addition, to help balance things out, the weapon will also (likely) overheat after each kill.
Hopefully, you guys will let the Belm Rifle fly.

P.S. I'm going to package the weapon into it's own tags, to make it easier to implement in a map.

Okay guys, Sword's and 002's rules sound good. Now, there's just one other thing... Headshots. Do we allow or not? It's an instant-kill, so I'm placing my vote against it, but it's up to the majority.
I'll be updating the first post with the "rules," then I'll start matching up a tournament graph whatchamacallit. Schedule. Yeah, schedule sounds about right...

Okay, I've worked out a schedule. I will wait another day before posting the schedule. I also might make a map, which will be posted. No major changes, I'll probably just build a battling platform out of logs or an imported something-or-other.

What about the Belm Rifle though? If you go with those rules, it won't be allowed in.

^ I'm thinking to allow the belm rifle. The way I see it, if a weapon has a high ROF but with low damage, it's fine, same way that multiple projectiles get lower damage.
