i have a question about modding...

is it possibal to make the snipe shoot something else?
like rocket or plasma nade?

and

can you do more modding on the full or the demo???
this is only seamus the noOb for moding....

do i replace the whole line or just the specified didgets?

Yes, it's possible to replace projectiles. But that gets boring.

I think the demo is as moddable as the full, but there are no tools.

well i am getting the full version of halo
how do i use the tools???
i got sum thin of of another post

This includes Banshee<->Ghost and Rocket Warthog<->Scorpion. Actually, I made that not long after posting the Ghost mod, but hesitated to post. Dark Angelus already has it for a while, and we've had some fun blowing people up, who got all confused about how a Rocket Warthog driver did that.

Q: Who are the known modders?

I've started working on a few mods with my cohorts. Don't know too much about how hex works, but I'm figuring my way as I go...

We made the ghost and scorpion one a couple days ago too and have been working on other ideas.

I made a breakthrough in anti-shee technology. It doesn't have the grating sound and it prevents the shee from being useful in any sense of the word. It doesn't make the shee dissapear though, but I thought that was a fine trade-off for no magic carpet effect....

I also found the turret. Good to see it in place of something some don't like.

I made two one-bit (!) anti-Banshee mods:

I decided to have some fun, so I made:

Replace Banshee with Ghost
Replace Banshee with Scorpion
Sniper Rifle shoots Tank Shells

I'll upload them soon. If anybody has more ideas for mods, I'll tell you what to edit or actually make the change for you.

Remind me to check grammar the next time I edit my post a lot.

Rob: I found relevant info in an HMT plugin. The first mod should be pretty obvious without it though. The second would mean finding something hidden in the Scorpion. More specifically:
- The first one changes the number of seats from 1 to 0. It should be obvious because reflexives stand out.
- The second one, in order to get in the driver seat, requires a driver in the vehicle first. Like the 4 extra Scorpion seats which only work when there's a driver.
