what i found out is that only the day time bitmaps work for the day time stuff, but if u use the .ppf's on your orig maps you can get dark gulch... where its dark and things are reskinned... no weapons or vehicles change though...

The changes are in the bloodgulch.map

Only the sounds.ppf file needed to be applied before playing.

I'll post the original version of Cryophobia, the one before the map was partially corrupted.

I met my goal- to make a mod that can be played. It can be. It works for PC. I shared it here because I know no one would take the effort (and do it right) to compress the files down as small as they are so that they may be compatible with macs. I'm not the one to call a year's worth of effort a "failure" in any way.

True my effort to provide a working copy for mac failed, but my project was by no means a failure. Rather it was a huge success for the main audience I targeted. It is not well advertised- that's the main problem.

If you're insistent to call this a failure, I will not hesitate to remove the link, as it is not welcome apparently.
