Just get the spartan laser in high ground, and kill a mongoose if it's loaded... It worked for my friend.

that one is easier than you think, just has to be the right conditions, normally have to have 2 people (at least) in a vehicle and you have to have the laser. You have to just hit the vehicle and you will get it....
