Yeah google and wiki's are definetly a great help.

I work at a Apple Campus Store that sells, repairs/services, and refurbishes macs and most of our answers come from google and wiki sites.

(helps alot for all those people that set firmware passwords and forgets the password; [Command+Option+P+R times 3!])
