Have it bi-yearly. Each half year vote has different categories. When you win, you keep it for one year and then it gets voted on again. Kayar as host. Voting should be held for 2-3 days, right around the middle of June and the end of December.

You've seen my halo weapon builds right? Well I have the means to make armor as well, I am suggesting that as a prize I construct a helmet form any of the halo games to be awarded to the winner. This is a physical fully wearable object that has a tinted visor, fiberglass construction, interior padding, and the possibility of LED's on the sides.
I would only make one per year as it is a time consuming process, so I suggest we have bi-yearly, but a mod of the year for the second awards season.

How about another award for people who don't want physical awards? Also ... isn't it a mod award, not a modder award? (If you win twice, you'll end up with two helmets ...)

Its only for the mod of the year, which is awarded at the LAST yearly awards. Only one would be awarded per year, and that to the very best mod. If a person does not want it something else can be arranged, and the helmet will be kept for next year.
