I cant edit models no matter what I try can anyone help?

If you are using Eschaton you can't. All the models are Read Only.

I used OBJconverter to convert it into the obj but then after that I dont know what to do

You need to use a modeling program such as blender, or wings 3D to open it.

ok I used wings 3d but wings 3d cant open it.......

It's either under load or import for wings to be able to open OBJ.
