I know how to make a gun zoom, but can you give it a scope and night vision?

Use pistol reticule, edit pistol reticule mask in bitmaps

umm, I'm not that much of a modder, but I think I know how to make night vision. try opening the map in eschaton 0.6. go to the weap you want - Main - 32-bit Bitmask - Flags - and tick enables integrated night vision. this only works if you use the sniper wphi. to make a gun have a sniper wphi go to the dswappa and pick the weapon and go down to the wphi tag and switch to sniper. hope it works.

This is handled in the wphi tag, "Weapon HUD Interface". You'll notice that there are bitmaps referenced. Those are used for the mask image that simulates looking through a monocular scope.

But this is the future, right? Wouldn't they have advanced equipment that displays unobstructed images? We have that technology even now. It's not like the image isn't filtered anyway... You'd probably have the scope built-into the helmet on your head, not your gun ;)

U can zoom with any weapon but those without scope will un-zoom when u shoot something...

That's the binoculars... And weapons that already have zoom won't unzoom.
