Now if i wanted to make a mod, Covi vs. Marines, how do i make one team a marine, the other, an elite? I know how to swap bipeds, just not how to make one team one, and the other, another.

Impossible to change the bipeds spawned per team. Also, the Elites would always win anyway against marines, marines have no shield.

Ah I knew that that might have been the thing, oh well.

Kayar is correct, its simply not possible with our tools.

And, if it is, then it takes a genius like Alt, Modzy, or Sword to accomplish it.

I know you've been gone awhile, Brim, but I'm pretty sure you could accomplish it as well, judging from your mods. (even though I don't think you do biped teams)

Nope. Brim is a modder yes, but the game engine doesn't handle two bipds for one player. in halo 2 and 3 those engines can, because they were built to. However Halo:CE isn't. Like permutations, the only reason it was possible was because the engine allows it. We can see it clearly with the elite bipds. Different heads=different perms. However, only if those other perms can successfully have the same joints/bones as each other. Since the make up of the models of the Elite and Master chief are so different (bones/joints) they cannot be played at the same time. The engine would need to read them as one bipd with the same skeleton set. The closest anyone can get to it is if they use Custom Edition and make a humanoid elite. (which in the latest HALO: Legends series has shown the Female Elite is humanoid, and it's legit cannon) That would be the only way it could (hypothetically) work.

I love how that post started with brim and ended up talking about Halo: Legends.
