What exactly is it and how do you do it?

MaxWell, You may not be familiar with how things go on. People aren't going to just give you, "How-To's" and other things. This is stuff you have to learn on your own...

If you want to learn how to do something, find a "tut" (Tutorial) online. I'm sure there are.

Please, don't put topics up over this sorta topic. People here don't appriciate it when people ask them how to do particular things.

Sword and Deox and all of the other good modders on this board, I now know how you feel. I don't honestly think you'll be getting any quistions from me.

I can on the other hand tell you what "Skinning" is... It is the proccess in which you take a bitmap file, and you make a custom scheme over the original. It is fun when you can do stuff like this.

use HMT halo mapping tools, and photoshop. there's a secret to using HMT. but… i cant tell you.

Yeah, get HMT, and photoshop, (Image ready works too). And then learn how to skin.
