This is a Halo Demo issue.

Yet when I enable it, the tilde key does nothing.

Help?

Also, I know HConsEnabler works well but...

what part about "Demo" do you not get? They can limit our use of the program because it is a demonstration product, not the full thing.

I know. But not even Allow Console works if it were enabled. It's one of those "Don't try this. It won't work." things.

Simply enabling the button does nothing. It is not associated with anything.

So THAT'S why Halo: Simplified Commands does absolutely nothing...

You need nil's HConsEnabler's hack.

I remember trying to get the button activated - I could get it checked but it would still be dimmed out. Of course it didn't do anything ;)

I was using The Cheat during those experimental times.

Apparently it's useless even trying. Maybe modifications to the executable?

Apparently, just like tags, commands (discluding console commands) are four letters.

You can't, as far as i know, get the button enabled by doing anything with the nib file without having to break a connection.

The console hack should be possible by an executable modification, but I'm clueless there.
