In case no one gives an answer to his original question, I might as well say:

Go vehicles-->whatever_vehicle_you're_changing-->reflexives-->seat-->string32s-->seat_name and change the seat name to something with the same amount of letters as the one there but which isn't an actual seat name. You will be unable to enter that seat of this vehicle.
