By 'ridged steel', I meant examples found by searching for "checker plating".
You can also search for "metal catwalk" to know what I mean by that.

However, I don't like the online images because they are so fake-looking and edited. If you have the bandwidth to load a 35 MB tiff image using the QuickTime plugin, then this is what I mean by a sample image that is completely unedited, except that I converted it with Graphic Converter from RAW to TIFF:

and

which as a PNG looks like this:

Sorry didn't get time to take photos today was flat out but you want a bit of PFC like in that huge image you posted? but ok we have the checker plating at work about the same rust as the PFC you posted. As for the catwalk we may have some still around cause we used some for a job a few months back I'll have to do the rounds of the shed though to look for it. You'll have to wait till monday though sorry.

Any news?
I'm going to try to finish tackling the sound effects, which I have in abundance.
The images are otherwise done, at least so far.

Bump time!

I'm coming back to this and I still need to finish up the sounds (that took oodles of time and work compared to the images).

But first, I'm generating some special maps (height, specular, displacement, occlusion) to use with each bitmap so they look 3D as they should. I'd like to show some examples, but I'll just say that even the grass looks really nice right now. I'll see what kinds of tags I can release tonight.
