How do i change Weapon reload?
Ex like the sniper, is there any way to make it so after i shoot one shot, it reloads the gun as it would after all 4 shots are fired? He pulls the lever on reload empty.
Re: How do i change Weapon reload?
1 way would be to make every shot use 4 pieces of the magazine
the other would be to make the magazine only have 1 bullet.

Yeah, that's one method! Here's how to do it: (Remember to backup your maps!!!!!!)
- ⌘O your map in Eschaton (or drag it in Eschaton's icon)
- The map will appear under Maps (Read/Write only). Navigate to:
And tada! Now the sniper uses four rounds to fire one projectile!
But wait, m-maybe this isn't the best way to use it? Wouldn't it be better to have its magazine hold 1 bullet? We can do that! The process is almost the same!
NOTE: Wait! If you set the weapon to need 4 rounds to shoot, but give its magazine 1 round only, it'll simply not fire! You've got to do only one of these changes at once!
- ⌘O your map in Eschaton (or drag it in Eschaton's icon)
- Navigate to:
- Go to:
And there! Now it doesn't waste x3 more ammo!
Now if you want to get rid of that hud flashing all the time you should do something in the whpi tag, but i can't write what right now! I'll edit this later if you want?
EDIT: corrected Projectile.Projectiles per Shot to Firing.Rounds per Shot. Thanks to Sparky to pointing it out! : [
The difference is that Projectiles per Shot fires more bullets per each time you fire! So like, with one round you'd fire four bullets at once!
Rounds per Shot is, instead, how many rounds are used to fire once!

Re: How do i change Weapon reload?
In wphi, change the flashing colors to black for when rounds or low and/or for when rounds are empty. Use Taxi's second method, since the first method should have been "Rounds per shot" instead of "Projectiles per shot", and would be found under the "Triggers" section in Reflexives in the weap tag.
If you intend to change the ammo meter to show only one bullet, modify the grayscale color ammo hud bitmap that has the sniper rifle ammo meter on it, replacing the mipmap image so that there is one bullet and it is colored 100% white. Then change the total ammo cutoff (or whatever it's called) in the sniper's wphi tag to be 1.

Either you are groping for answers, or you are asking God and listening to Jesus.
