I have been reading alot on these fourms and have been finding that plenty of people that claim to have the island mod.V2.0 if sword did release it can someone put a link up please

Nope. Still not released. Its still in "closed" beta.

Yes... there are some beta's that I have up my sleeve.... but also with alot of searching one can find the file that is sought on the world wide web...

I found the one on Clan Halo but everytime i open the app my screen goes dark then it says you must shut down your computer and do that other crap. why does it do that?

Because the program ain't no installer. It's the popcorn kernel. A fake kernel panic app. Just ignore what it says. Supposedly hidden within the contents is a map but it ain't any map I ever could make work.

I just found out why it wont work when you go to play it. Sword used power (PC) to hack it so it will not work for mac

Yes i have heard of rosetta but it doesn't have a thing to turn it on or off. as far as i know

You misunderstand.
PowerPC are the chips that are used in older macs before the switch to intel. On intel macs the hidden application that seemlessly converts programs written for PowerPC computers to working intel executables is called rosetta. So there's no reason that PowerPC should stand in the way of anything working.

No. there is no "installer" its simply
this, true there is a mapfile in the package but its only a small section of the Island v.2
