A description would be nice, perhaps you could also tell us what changes have been made. Screenshots are never a bad thing either...

It means that when you upload a mod for us to download, upload the mod on Filefront, AND another uploading website thingy such as Mediafire. It's like what Taxi did here: viewtopic.php?t=2642
He put a Filefront download link and a Mediafire download link.
