Yes, Taxi is right. Go to bitm, click the arrow. Scroll (or use Command+F to find) ui/hud/bitmaps/hud_multiplayer. It is a green arrow. I must warn you though... Ive tried editing it with photoshop, but when re-injected, it comes out as a white box, no matter what (unless you color the background manually). >_< Stupid injection system. Ill bet swapping would work though...

Did you fix the channels to be aligned with the edits you made? (RGB *Red, Green, Blue*) *Fix the alpha channel up*

Whenever your messing with anything like graphic text edits or things like that triangle that is constantly moving or updating (1203mm -> higher or lower ex. *the distance from u to the flag*). You gotta update the channels otherwise you could get errors. Happened to me when I tried to modify the text <_<.

No, it's not in any of the tags, just a bitmaps thing

ACtually, its more annoying than you think. All the crosshairs are in one image file. Halo pulls out the coordinates and size of one of them from the bitmap and uses that. So its a bit harder. What you have to do is tell Halo where the bitmap is in the image, and I dont know how you would do that.

The best example of pulling certain image areas is the AR. The ring of 6 muzzle flash particles are actually 2 or 3 randomly selected flashes pasted over each other. And every half second or so, it chooses another 3 for each and does it again. (it might not be completely correct, but thats a pretty accurate theory) So it seems like its varying, but its really just one file for all those flashes. (which, btw, if are changed to electric something, look really cool. More on that in a mod im testing :P )
