How do u figure out what does what?

In Hexedit Im having trouble becuse i cn't figure out what is the banshee stuff or what is how much ammo u get or anything like that.
Can someone plz help me??

Do you guys use a seperate program to determine what does what? If not, than how the heck do you determine what all of that hex code means. I understand how replacing hex code with other code makes a mod, but don't know what code to replace. Any help would be appreciated.
