How do I make it so that the shee has two seats? (I don't want the model changed, I just want the shee to have two seats. Heck I don't care if it shows you sitting on the wing.

A long time ago, i changed the number of seats in the banshee to 2 (theres a variable for it) and it either crashed or nothing happened. I think u need to add a section to the banshee meta that contains the info about the passneger like in the warthog meta.

I think there's a short value or something defining the number of seats.

Here is how to make it simple: replace the model that the warthog uses, do the same to the physics, effects, weapons, etc.
That should probably do it, then you also have 3 seats

What would be really funny is if you could have 4 people sitting on a banshee, 2 on each wing.

Umm....whats a signature?

Or, have everyone stuffed in the cockpit, and then make it so that the lid can't close!
It is pretty hard to do. I haven't done it, or tried, or wanted to try, but it isn't impossible. Nothing is impossible. Heck, just the other day I figgured out how to fly in real life. It's not that hard. You just have to be a complete idiot -- which I'm good at.

flying in real life is simple... its simply a matter of tripping and missing the ground, then off you go! lol

I belive the correct way is
throwing yourself at the ground and missing. From
The Hichhikers Guide to the Galaxy one of them at least.

Well, Arthur Dent figures out how to fly sometime during book 3. It was around the time where he fell off the side of that mountain, started falling, then saw his luggage that got lost in an airport suddenly appear off a little way away from him, and during that time he missed the ground.
Hehe, I love that Trilogy. (You get what I mean if you've read the Hitchikers Trilogy.)
Oh, and its just fall and miss the ground, though its used in several different ways.
