I thought that changing game types will just goad Bungie into shutting down the Halo Demo. DON'T DO IT!!!!

BSP from full do not work with demo. The entire full version file is compiled/encoded differently than the demo.

So are the metas and things from full. You cant just "add objects" from full. Though, you can mess with the models and bitmaps easily enough.

And, if you know what your doing, you can make new metas pretty easily :)

Hah! I knew that. King kidding... I'm sure i can edit metas... It isn't that hard... Lol. I sped up the rockets with making the meta numbers higher on the projectile... But... Maybe you are right... I can't make a new map... I'm going to try though... Ha! I knida got something. You know that hill, where the rocket launcher sits... Yeah, that is now flat... hehe. I am going to get rid of it though, because it isn't what i wanted, it is just a test. Gotta remember how i did it though for proof that i did do that... Hah!

Take some screenshots of your progress dude. I love screenshots. Oh and Deox, I just explored your map. It feels MASSIVE. Maybe because you can't see across the map. And the covenant stuff gives a real nice feel to it. Great work.

What do you mean? I downloaded it, stuck it in my maps folder, opened Halo, started a new server with a pass so no one would bother me, and walked around the whole thing.

as soon as i saw this mod, i went into hexedit and tried to move stuff around.. i managed to get it so you teleport when you pick up a pistol :P lol.
so i didnt really look at the link, lol thanks guy.. i would have never found that this mod was actually available without you guys :cry: you guys are so nice

deox, i found something really scary out. in your forest mod... i modded in a banshee and swapped Mc's collison with nothing. (00 00 00 00). but they the banshees started shooting at me and started flying all by themselves. i made a server and the banshees only shoot people on the red team, not the blue..... and when you get in the banshee, the top doesnt close, and it actually shoots through itself to you. You should really try this deox. scared the heck out of me, because i was hosting a LAN server and the when i walked up to the banshee i made... on my radar... it was red.... well anyway, i m just wondering if you put banshee driver AI into the map, because they actaully flew and shot at the red team. you can ask squid.. he saw this too. very scary and strange but its the first form of AI i ve seen in bloodgulch on the demo. nice work... weird, but oh well. i thought there was a hunter on the map so i modded in a banshee just to look around for it... what is weird also, is that more banshees actualyl spawn by themselves and start flying... also, i have a screenshot to prove it, i was in a lan, game and saw a banshee with the top open and a blue guy inside. i checked the score and i was the only one there. i shot at it and it shot back at me. If you have discovered how to transfer the AI data over from the campaign map, that is awesome.. i ll post pictures later. nice mod, warning... dont add banshees to the map..

I didn't add AI to my map...

This is very strange. I wish I could see it before I leave tomorrow.
