Maybe those are just little developer notes. Like a few jokes that the guys at Bungie put in there that no one ever caught or remembered to take out. I wonder how many more of these "Easter Eggs" we can find.

most of the important thing in ASCII are backwards like ihev which spelled backwards is vehi, short for vehicle.
