Look, im sorry I ask so many questions, but could somebody give me the hexcode list for vehicles? and I want to know is it possible to replace a vehicle with a weapon?

So if you swap the Rocket Hog with a Tank in the first section, make sure you swap the Rocket Hog with a Tank in the second section or else the vehicles might disappear.
