SCNR SWAP

I got a request a little while ago for a specific feature. It's something that would have been a bit too much trouble to implement as a feature in Eschaton and would have done some weird stuff to the release schedule (not enough new stuff or fixes to really warrant an update). So instead I took the core code, wrapped it in a smaller GUI, tweaked some minor details and tacked on a few extra pieces. It doesn't have much testing or the usual coat of polish. But it works. As far as I know anyways. Feedback and information on crashes is always helpful. Anyways: SCNR SWAP.

It does exactly what it sounds like it does. It takes the scnr file from one map and replaces it as the scnr file in your target map. The original intent is to take something like a CE created scnr file for the same map that has the scripts and spawns you want and stick that in your map. It probably can do some other things but that's the gist of it. There are some different options that are pretty self explanatory.
