Mac Gaming Mods

I did a bunch of CE>Mac conversions a while back i started just before Harbinger came out, and with Harbinger's aid I was able to convert over a 100 maps and test them. Here are my findings:

wow, gj thats a lot of maps!!! i only done like 6. add mongooseheaven to the not PPC list though! it doesnt work.

I also Did 100.

And burial mounds worked on my PPC.

somebody should make a map pack cuz i really dont want to do all that harbinger work lol.

Those are all the PPC ones. it consists of about 50 maps.

Wait... if their PPC will they work on intel?

Usually. The only PPC compatible map I've tested that didn't work on intel was hyrule field.

lol i have tested a few like i cant remeber but i think ists extenction or something like that it is the only dual bsp map that works for ppc :/

What work is there? You choose the map, your Full maps folder, and click "Convert." It's button pressing. How can it get easier?

lol, yeah. well, im starting my own pack. and when im done it will be waaaay better.(i couldnt understand root's) it will include ppc, ans nonppc maps it is very well orginized ans they will be converted.(root's were still in zip form. idk about converted.)

expect it to be out in maybe a month or so.

EVERYONE SHULD GET THE MAP "SNIPER PRACTICE" ASAP IT IS THE BEST EVER@! FUN FOR HOURS ON END.

altimit,(or anyone) is there anyway of finding out if a map is intel or PPC before dl and coverting and testing. like maybe something in it thats been imported from somewhere idk. just anything that might tell us so we dont have to watse time.


also. i will upload a map pack (converted, and perfect) in a little while. it is not the final version and only has about 10 PPC and 10 non PPC. so this will be just a tester to see if you guys like it or not.

I have about 40 something non PPC maps, I will prolly release at sometime, do you want to know which ones I found? i will let you release those then, just credit me for doing those.

don't post them here. Monoman could you clean this topic up. I would like this reserved for post if a map is PPC compatible or not.
