how can i add tags, skins, and all that using eschaton?

idk, Im not the one who makes it :-/

you can add tags using other programs but not eschaton (HMT) but you can still use it to edit them though . and for skinning you would want to use something like sparkedit to find the texture of the desired object export it to a image editor , edit it , and the save it ...... or something like that i only tryed on skin mod ( i use gimp but don't know how ) and it didn't come out well . there is allot of tuts for it also , theres one in fonzies modding pack but you can't skin with eschaton .

Not counting the bitmap demo that's floating around.
