How to change you, Mastercheif/cyborg into a Elite?

I know its possible because of energy sword mod and i tried extracting elite from b30.map and in the bipd there will be 3 things now but i still start as a Cheif. Help me anyone?

in reference/dependencie swapper go to scnr (scenario) go to the bipd tags and change them to characters/elite/elite

^Nice making one step...
Open B30.map in Eschaton 0.8 and expand bloodgulch.map
find the tag for the elite and recursively extract the tag.
Then import the tag into your expanded bloodgulch.map and rebuild the map.
After that, go into scnr and matg and swap the default cyborg with the elite.
