because hex edit is complicated and takes a while to learn, its a good thing to know, but hard to learn

yeah, wobble, eschaton is good for starters. i started out with changing how much ammo a clip could hold and stuff like that. but just so you dont post a noob topic, to open the window you have to go to the open button in the menubar and open a map.

Bnc-root had the sarcastic dictionary thing and I think he also posted an image of a bloddy face. Also Dan dan there is two windows, one says open modded map and the other says open map, i tried them but it didn't work...

ok, to open a map. go up in the menubar to "file" then to "open" then choose your map and here you go.
