i forgot... how do you make it so the projectile come from the sky, i've seen it b4... please share.

in the sky... go to your weapon, i use starter plugins, although other plugins may work too. Then go to floats, find the spawn co-ordinates. there should be 3.
X, Y, Z. To make it fall up from sky, i suggest x=5 (forwards) and z=30 (height). And remember to make the projectile arc, so it falls.

Anyway, just set Z to 15, and arc should be around 2.4 or something...
