Does anyone know where the Apocalypse Mod is and the mod where everything is sniper ammo, start off with sniper, and start off with the invisible cloak too?

Apocalypse isn't publicly released and likely won't be. I haven't heard anything about SleepingInsomniac modding in awhile.
