MediaFire has slow times, but is, overall, the quickest and least annoying of sites purely for online storage.
File size limit: 100 MB
FileFront is somewhat slow, the layout is horrible, the number of ads is painful, but if nothing else you know of works, deal with the pain for a little bit. Organization isn't bad...
File size limit: 1 GB
RapidShare is the worst I've seen. Don't go there unless it's a matter of life and death. Even then, make absolutely sure nothing else works.
File size limit: Who cares? The site sucks.
sendspace is a fairly decent uploading site. No scroll bars with a res of 1024x768. The only thing I don't like about it is that Safari can only rarely display the upload progress bar. The problem will, hopefully, be corrected at some point.
File size limit: 300 MB
There are others, but those are the only sites I can think of off the top of my head.

I think I know another one. If you can trick the internets police people by using a random file name and the extension '.rtf' for TV series downloads, you should be able to use .png to trick this site into thinking you're uploading an image. All you have to do is change the extension back to .map after downloading ^^
(The site is fast, has a nice GUI, it's nearly impossible to get lost, and the file size limit (30 MB) is enough for maps, compressed or otherwise.)
