Teleporter Mod

Could someone post a link for a Teleporter Mod, where there are teleporters leading from one base to another, so once you go in the first teleporter, you steal their flag, and then go into the second teleporter and go back to base?

There is already a mod like that. There is one on HDM (i forgot it's name) Just look on Halodemomods
(monorail cat is NOT obsolete)
