gah.... your totally not going to believe this... but my brother posted that >.< i have that as my desktop, and he figured he was doing me a favor. he also knows photoshop a bit, and he threw that watermark on it.

i apologize for my brother, no that was not my work, nor my brothers, and james is my cousin, who also had no part in that, however he also is skilled in PS as well

i left my comp logged in as i went to the store, and had mgm in keychain.

i apologize for this incident, and i gave my brother a thorough talking to.

whether you believe it or not, i apologize, and i do not wish this to have any effect on how you see me. as it was my brother who posted that.

@ root, he was on my aim in another location, and he sent that link to you, (hes been brute forcin my accounts >.< )

again, i apologize.

yes it was my brother, i have all my login pass's keychained, in which he uploaded 2 versions/watermarks to my photobucket

As for flaming me: pickoff, you should know that I feel the same way about piracy, I personally have very low respect for you that you would even think about pirating software, let alone something as awesome as cs4. and you claimed you had no accountability for it... thats BS as you were the one that downloaded it. and unless you spoofed your IP, they have a record of it, and I sure as heck hope they track you down along with anyone else that may have downloaded PS cs4. I personally hate having my work on the internet as well, as i've had my work stolen for a gay news blog before, in which i started putting watermarks, and encoded text information in my images before i upload them now. I of all people actually hate piracy, and do not condone it an any way shape or form. whether by ripping images, software, other media, or whatever it may be. if it is not yours, dont take it. standard rule of life, or you have to pay the consequences.

So, I dont care what you may think of me now, because of what my brother did, but i still have the same low opinion of you as ever, and im not talking about politics here, i dont efin care about your opinions on obama or whatever, im talking about a sense of decency here. the fact that you accuse me of something, when you yourself do the exact same thing, is completely heretical and hypocritical. so if anything, you dont even have the right to accuse me of piracy, because you yourself are at least a software pirate. in which i have no respect for you.

however i do love david fuhrer's work (i think thats how you spell it) and i greatly admire his work. and the thought of me taking his work and posting it as my own, is piracy, plagiarism, and just plain wrong and illegal, and sickens me. and i would never have the thoughts or intentions of doing so

And I can honestly say that it was not me, it was indeed my brother. Whether you choose to believe me or not, is your choice, but either way, I dont really care what you choose to believe, I've already settled it with my brother, and he swore not to do it again. I've changed all my pass's, so he doesnt have any of them anymore, and it will not happen again, as I will never leave this computer logged in anymore, as he has lost my trust.

Still trying to weasel out of it... its really too bad, then, that you and your "brother" have such similar styles of typing... really. I don't think anyone other than you could possibly think that they are two separate people.

Also, really clever how you suddenly turn this subject on its head for blaming me for something that has long past. Great job. Really clever... suddenly you have a low opinion of ME, when I just busted your sorry ass for blatantly ripping another artists work. I may be a "software pirate," altough for god's sake you don't seem to realize that I was "stealing" a free piece of software... And how about the at least 3 other people who admitted they had Cs4, what about them? No, you don't care about them because they aren't busting your sorry ass.

Leave whatever problems you may or may not have with what me and millions of other people have done aside, and give us ONE SOLID bit of proof that you did not just claim to have made a piece of art that you did not. Because hell, I've sure got a lot against you.

Listen to me pickoff, I feel the same way about the others who pirate software, it jst so happens, at this point in time, that they arent a part of this discussion. This is between me and you. Im not trying to *weasel* my way out if anything, I'm simply giving what happened, and its your choice to accept it or reject it. and getting others into this conversation, simply will not help either. That image i was talking about yesterday, that me and my friend were workin on, was in fact a company image we had been working on togather, in which i had to remove. And you may have evidence against my credentials, but that has no effect on me as a person, as anyone could see how I write / be on my computer and pose as me. it is extremely easy days in the computer world.

So idfc what you think, It's already been settled between me and my brother, and i told what happened, and i have no reason to pursue this conversation.

The reason that there are two images on his Photobucket is because the one with his name is the one that he originally posted. Pickoff will you give over about the damn fault you made in downloading the CS4 Beta illegally, get off your fucking moral high horse. His brother got ahold of something I was making as well, you think I am happy? Also this forum is known for accounts getting used by people that they are not supposed to, this is not a first. I would advise you drop this before it gets reported with a harassment complaint.

im 18. im not an idiot, i didnt rip it, my 14 year old brother did, i didnt swear it, i just honestly said that i didnt do it, however i accept the responsiblilty of the incident, as i was the one that left my account logged in while having all my pass's keychained. and stop flaming me for something your not a part of, and I myself am an artist, and I know how it feels to have artwork stolen, and it sux, and I have no intentions of theft such as this and never had. so please keep your comments to yourself. as i had no control over this situation at the time of its happening.
