I am a appreciative player of Starcraft, and I think it is crazy amounts of fun, but I am really terrible at it. I am really an FPS person... I play Halo/H2, Crysis, Fallout 3...

Same. Although Warcraft 3 (NOT WOW) is quite fun too. And Diablo 2. Actually, Diablo 2 is on the very short list of RPG games that I have actually tried to complete. The rest I can think of are Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (before the ROMs savefile corrupted) and Fallout 3.


Fallout 3 = BEST. RPG. EVER. Combines FPS and RPG perfectly, unlike Oblivion and other games.

Although, Borderlands is coming out this year. And it combines my two favorite things and smashes them into the RPG genre. FPS and customization. It has 87 bazillion different guns (its true - it said it on the trailer!)

No Fucking joke man. I've logged over 150 hours into that sucker. I have over 71000 caps. I have every single piece of high level armor in my collection. I have 6 sets of tesla, 4 hellfire, all of my weapons except for the plasma rifle are unique. I'm totally addicted.... it is such an amazing game, and so trippy too... the setup and world are so fascinating. A retro futuristic game or a post-apoc game, eitehr would be great but this is both... Shutting up now. Sorry for the orgasm

Bingo. I only play WC3 for the custom maps. Diablo 2 was too boring for me I used to be addicted to FFTA until I accidentally deleted it and got too lazy to play it all over again.

Hah, I feel you're pain. I'm OK at starcraft and warcraft, but I've never got the whole "have defense AND be able to attack the enemy at the same time" concept. >.>
