Tutorial: Healing

just to add to the tut again, all around healing.

1. Duplicate an explosion effect (Scorpion shell explosion)
2. Change the ligh in cyborg to effe
3. Make this effe scorpion shell explosion
4. change the scorpion damage to -1
5. null out all the tags in there except the jpt tag in effe/vehicles/scorpion shell explosion in the dependency swapper
6. go to halo demo and try it out
this should make your teammates around you heal as well
