How to make new reticles and a new healthbar and ammo...???
I need to know how to make a new health bar ammo meter and reticule. I have photoshop elements 7.0 will this work to make a new healthbar/modify one and modify a ammo meter and reticules?

Woah. OK! I know stuff about these. You need to go into the bitmap tag and for reticles, choose ui\hud\bitmaps\combined\hud_reticles. Export, edit, inject. For health and shields, ui\hud\bitmaps\combined\hud_unit_background. This is the outline of the shield bar. ui\hud\bitmaps\combined\hud_unit_meters is the health bars and the shield bar. For ammo in the HUD, choose ui\hud\bitmaps\combined\<Insert * at the bottom here>\ All of them are there.
*hud_ammo_alphas, hud_ammo_meters, are the bullets. hud_ammo_outlines is the background.

All you did was tell him how to find it. >_>
To make sure, you click "Load Preview", and once you're sure it's the right one you want to edit, click Export. Save the file name as whatever you want.
Open the saved file in Photoshop, and just make your new reticle/whatever above it (like on a new layer) make sure the background is black or whatever. Otherwise it won't work properly.
Save your file. (NOT as a new file. Just overwrite the original.)
Once you're done, click Import in Eschaton, and load your edited file (and it's mask if it has one.)
Wa-la-la-la-la.
