Since I doubt most of you have this kind of access and this topic was easier to find than the other one. Don't ask me for help. I've never tried this nor intend to.

Hehehe. Finally got it working. Now to smooth out some things and get a programmer to turn it into an application. You can use The Cheat to achieve this effect for now: Open up Halo and start a server. Double click this file to open it in The Cheat. Click "Apply Cheat" and get into a Warthog side seat. Exit the side seat and the camera should stick to 3rd person. If it does not, enter and exit the seat until it does. For best results, after in 3rd person mode, turn off the cheat by clicking "Stop Cheat." This will eliminate any glitchy effects of the camera. Note: if you restart game, die, or enter a vehicle, the camera will revert to 1st person again.

EDIT: More screenshots, this time with one of my play as an elite mods. Sadly, Deox's Energy Swords mod looks like crap with this. The elites are in a laying down banshee position and don't animate... My mod is teh leet. I should release it soon, actually, just gotta make all vehicles accessible. I have already done the weapons. All gametypes supported. Fully.

For any newbs who don't know:

Using this is easy.

1. Open up the file with The Cheat.

2. Start a game in Halo or join a game.

3. Go to The Cheat.

4. In the Upper right hand corner, it will say: Target: And will have a dropdown box. Select Halo Demo. (It usually selects it automatically after the first time.)

5. Make sure that the box marked "Repeat cheat after __ seconds" is checked, and in the box type in 0.1. This makes it so that The Cheat shall repeat the cheat after 0.1 seconds.

6. Press "Apply Cheat".

7. Get into a vehicle and then get out. If it doesn't work the first time, don't get discouraged. Just keep getting in and out until it switches.

8. Now, go back to The Cheat and hit "Stop Cheat". This is so that it won't get all glitchy when you jump or crouch while in 3rd person.
