It looks like your geometry named full_name is fubared.

In 3ds max, do you have an object named full_name?
If you do, then do something with it. Are you sure its linked to frame?

I used Gmax, (yes I know what I'm doing) and I had no object name full_name, and yes everything was linked to the frame.

Try chimp 1.6 exporter, works wonders.

yes i remembered to delete the chimp start and the chimp end
