I want to kick a player say who is lagging the server or team killing is there a way to kick him

I've never seen any sort of way to kick people without mods. If people are constantely Tking, then autoban will kick in and ban the user. You can also ban in GR however there is no way to KEEP them kicked. lol. They can just re-enter the room.
