Yeah 1 question about eachaton 7.2
try import any vehicles and weapons to bloodgulch => reach more than 6000 capacity ¬_¬
Try it please k ?
They do not work for me so i do less than 6000.

i aren't done yet cause the dawn eachaton won't let me import anything.
cause i cannot be over than 6000
and i need to be less than 6000
so my space of my bloodgulch had 5860 space.

You kids and your evil ways.

Here's the problem. All tag ID values follow a very specific formula. I can't be bothered to dig it out ATM but essentially it starts from an initial value and goes up by a set increment. The problem comes from the fact that once you approach 6000ish tags that tag ID value gets close to 0xFFFFFFFF. And what happens with a 32-bit integer when you add something to it's max value? Technically it's an undefined condition but in most cases it rolls over starting back at zero. Eschaton explicitly checked that no ID could be less than the initial value which is what causes the problem.

0.7.3 has a kludge of a fix for it but I don't like it (at least I'm pretty sure I put that in 0.7.3). If a rollover condition occurs it starts at the initial value plus one and increments up from there. It works but it has some dangerous behaviors. Adding more than 6000 tags increases the probability of a collision between an ID value and a non-ID value. Which can make your D-swapper do some pretty silly things. If you only D-swap through the meta editor (with appropriate plugins) then it wouldn't be a problem but using the reference swapper could lead to some very interesting results. I'm still waiting for someone to make a map so big it exceeds the memory limits of the Halo engine. Now that would be a fun day.

I guess this means I really should work on external tag import/export. Which would solve this whole problem of people importing ridiculous amounts of tags into maps.

Try using 0.7.3. It's somewhere around on the Halo full board. It's not a full fledged release which is why it's not spread around too much.

Guys, those are all H3MT's weapons. None of them are his. Remember the H3MT Narrows leaked beta? Well, someone decided to put it on halomaps, and it DID get up there. Now Zanghfei's just ripping from that map, and claiming it's his.
