Can you guys help me with the magnet gun in eschaton
The magnet gun is rly complicated for me tho any ideas what i do?

uhm... what are you finding difficult?
idk... if i had to make a magnet gun... uhh... do you mean something that pulls things towards you?
well, if it have to pull... we could reverse pushing! since projectiles and explosions can push things we can set negative values to them!
so... what could we do? we know that the pushing force is named "Force" in the jpt! tag. but setting a negative value to it won't work. :-\ the game does not recognize the negative number i suppose... bah
hmmm... well, we can... uhhh... invert the damage multiplier of the pulling jpt! try experimenting around... ¬_¬

you need to make the PROJ the plasma pistol charged bolt and make it have negative force.

Damage fixes it so it doesn't kill people.
Fire rate makes it affect vehicles
Initial and final speed make it start slow but come faster at you.

Force is something I haven't screwed with enough to figure out. So yea. Tell meh how the force does that. <_<

It will work on pulling weapons and equipment (grenades require an explosion) however if you set it too low (negatives are to the left of the number line therefore the lower the higher the absolute value of the negative,) it will come at you with high speed.TaxiService wrote:but setting a negative value to it won't work. :-\
It won't work on bipeds, weapons, scenery, teleporters, the map itself, 420, machines, and other objects so I can't really help you with that.

Modzy, can you even see Team Wraith? The forum used to be set to invisible. And there are few left roaming here that can get on. Me, Taxi, Moxus and Shadow (do those two even post anymore?) are the only ones I know left that have access. Which is why I posted it for Taxi.
