Slowing animations?

Is there anyway to slow down animations? Preferably inside Eschaton.

animations can be modified in windows with CE, but you have to be more discriptive of what you want.

animations, like the hand reloading the AR? you need to create the animation, but slower.

Make the key frames more spread apaaaarrrrtt--- And you don't do that in CE, you do that in 3dsMax.
