Okay. Finally got it downloaded, tried it out.. so here's what I think. Gotta organize this..

BSP
  • The BSP is obviously too big for Halo's 16 player limit. Even with the addition of vehicles and teleporters, there isn't much of a difference. You could've made the Scorpions faster, maybe. At its default speed, it's way too slow for this map.
  • In the middle of the 'open part' of the map, there is a small ridge that prevents any land vehicles coming from 'Red base' from proceeding further. This is a huge disadvantage for Red, and adds to the problem of foot travel, which is agonizingly slow.
  • Overall, you didn't do very well of a job making the map 'smaller'. Routes throughout the map are sometimes confusing and most time-consuming.

Weapons & Vehicles
  • Most of the changes have the potential to be much, much more, such as the 'Laser rifle' and Rocket Launcher/Machine Gun, but sadly that potential is not utilized. Not enough customization, very little balancing.. much like a rush job.
  • Vehicles, in turn, lack changes other than bitmaps(as far as I can tell). Only the Rocket Warthog has a different projectile, and it seems imbalanced. The new aiming reticule is nice though.

Bitmaps
  • ..which brings us to bitmaps. The concept of snow camouflage is a cool idea. But like most of the others, it wasn't carried out well enough.
  • First, weapons. Only human weapons were camouflaged, which is understandable. (The Rocket Launcher isn't though..) However, the bitmaps look more like random brushing than actual camouflage. The Sniper Rifle looks okay, but you can see the 'TEST' button next to the 'display'.
  • Second, vehicles. All the vehicles seem to use the same bitmap, and only the Scorpion looks good.. whether by coincidence or otherwise. And like the weapons, it doesn't look like actual camouflage.
  • Last, Master Chief..which is probably the worst. It (sadly) does not look like camouflage at all, but more like random spots of black. The default bitmap would honestly look better.

Overall, not a very good mod, but don't get discouraged. It's all part of the learning process. Take your time, no one's rushing you. This mod looks very hurried, and thus full of glaring errors.

EDIT:
Oh, by the way..good job picking a name. Kudos for not choosing one of those cliche <random word> Gulch names. Simple is good.

Pretty cool mod, although I don't need to use gametype builder. Also, there's a spawn point problem... you spawn in white stuff, needs a'fixin. Some weapons are overpowered, or make me confused, tho 0_0 Maybe you should start a server showin people skull area xD (sarcasm)

Skull is really hard to find, but its close to blue team (hint)

Oh, i might have by accident kept the skull on that platform led from the middle base, did i?

Also when I play a mod that requires you to download a map, unless the server is like a tournament or a forum organized server the most people you would get would be 7-4 people.
But the Map is pretty fun. \
1. The pistol silenced does not sound silenced, it just sound like tics, where real silenced one will sound like Pewwshh sound. Gah I cant explain it here but play other games like Modern warfare 2, combat arms, Call of duty, etc. Same for silenced sniper.
2. The light bridge is al jaggedy, why didnt you use one long one instead of many short one?
3.I agree The map is too big, it took like what, 10 minutes to find my enemy.
4.If your gonna put a ce weapon, put a good one. The energy sword sucks, its from ce, but its the worst one.
5. You shouldnt of picked a campaigh map for multiplayer, unless you close certain areas to make the map smaller. Maybe modding ice fields was a better idea.
6.I like the minigun, how did you make it?
I overall Really like this mod, but really hate it evenly. Meh, never mind I LOVE THIS MOD.
