Muzzle flash
This is a very, VERY minor problem, but my muzzle flash isn't showing up
. I changed the bitmap and the particles, but it still won't show. Can somebody help?

Have a nice day, and please do treat yourself.

Check particles and shaders in settings.

Re: Muzzle flash
I can!
The problem must be in the… uh, in the marker that the effe is trying to use.
It works like this: the mod2 of a weapon has some markers that are used for a lot of stuff. They have different names like, "muzzle flash", "ejection port" and all that shit.
In the effe each particle is told to be created on a certain marker. So if, say, the particle is told by the effe to be created on marker "dicks", but the model has no marked called "dicks", then the particle won't be created.
What you have to do is check what markers the weapon has (you can do so by selecting the mod2 tag in Eschaton, then clicking on "Attachment Points") and see if they match with the ones in the effe. (found under Reflexives > Location > Location # > String32s > Marker Name )
Example:

Location of the Location:

If they don't match you can change them in either the model or the effect. (the effect is more advisable)
There are more advanced things to say about effects, but if this is enough to fix your problem i'll stop writing here.
…i should make a guide or somehting
