Upcoming LongSword In BG mod.

Hey guys, I was just wanting to tell you that I am working on a LongSword in BG mod. The mod should be released sometime this week so be ready.
The mod will Feature:

Driveable Longsword
Wall Climbing
Possibly Another New Vehicle.

I bet you $50 bucks tyler either comes in here and says he has already done it or says he'll do it cause he has all these connections and a app that can do it in 'undr 8min!!!'! jk 8).

It's not ripping from full, it's using what you see at the end of full to create a kickass vehicle 8)

The content is not available in demo so it's still ripping. And longswords aren't good in any level 'cept hugeass which is so big it's almost unplayable.

Fine fine it's illegal unless it's a full version mod -.-

u have to put it into the island. The longsword takes up half of the BG map and u have to make it slower and still size it down

hm... maybe i should put it on the island... and get rid of the ceiling....IDK, i'm still gonna put it in for the peoples sake(lol).

And coldsnap is better, the robot thingys are awsome and i like how they changed the HUD interface as well as give you a gun that you can shoot down enemys decently. Also the inside of the mountain(the bases) is cool, there are a couple different hogs, fighterjets as well as 2 Longswords. But the one of the nicest things is that there are 2 teliports in which you can take the hogs outside with. Who ever made the map did a great job with the teliporter that takes you outside(when your using the longsword or the fighter jets.)

I believe that the "Robot thingies" on Coldsnap are called the "Mythos". Am I correct?

There are two problems that I see with a Longsword right now:
  • 1. As Idntgveafk1122 pointed out, the Longsword would end up being practically immobile becuase of it's size, and even if it was mobile, it would probably be able to go from one side of the map to the other in a short engine burst.

    2. As far as I know, it is not possible to import anything to the Island. This is because it is difficult to impossible to rebuild a rebuilt map. If I am incorrect on this front, please tell me. If I am incorrect, The Island would not only be a good home for the Longsword, but also the Spirit, and the Lifepod, but this is another matter.

You should ask sword If he saved an in-progress as of yet un-rebuilt version of it, where everything was just imported and not rebuilt yet, then you could import the LS.
