New *Free* Version of MOD Commander X!

Post by BigDog » Sun Nov 28, 2004 10:24 am

Just wanted to let you know about my newest version of MOD Commander X, which allows you to view the info for a MOD and takes care of a pesky bug that prevented the modsset.txt file from being read properly by Ghost Recon if you were playing without the aid of Gameranger. Enjoy!

I'll give this one a try, the last version didn't work for me. I ended up finding a pretty useful mod enabler on DAMNr6 that works very nice.

I'll see if this is comperable.

Hmmm, this version won't initialize for me, i get a fatal error when trying to open it - I had this problem with the last version too.

10.3.7 DP G4, 1500 ram

I rarely change mods often any more

MOD Commander Errors

Post by BigDog » Thu Feb 03, 2005 6:00 am

I think these errors can be easily solved by deleting the preferences files created by the older versions of the programs. Even if you don't plan on using it, please go ahead and delete them, then try to run the program again, I'd appreciate knowing if it then works.
